Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

We guarantee that the product you receive will be the exact same model, specification, and condition as displayed in the image and described on the product page.

We use high-quality, authentic photographs of the actual items we sell (especially for our used or pre-built computers) to ensure full transparency. If the product is brand new and sealed, the image represents the standard manufacturer's model.

If you purchase a customized item, such as a repaired or upgraded laptop, the image will reflect the base model, and the detailed specifications will be listed clearly below the image. Your satisfaction and trust are our top priority.

How can I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original sales receipt.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [Your Email Address] or call us at [Your Phone Number] with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.

  3. Ship or Bring In: You can either ship the item back to our Matara store (at your expense) or return it in person during business hours.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We make every effort to ensure popular items are available. For items currently marked as “Out of Stock,” the likelihood of restocking depends on the product type:

  • Standard Accessories & Common Components: These are regularly restocked, and we aim to have them available again within 1-2 weeks.

  • Used/Refurbished Laptops & PCs: These are unique items. Once sold, they may not be restocked in the exact same configuration. We recommend checking back frequently or contacting us for a similar alternative.

  • Discontinued Items: If a product is no longer manufactured, it will not be restocked.

Where can I ship my order?

One Click Computers Matara primarily serves customers within Sri Lanka.

We offer shipping services to most locations across the island. When placing your order, you can select your preferred shipping location at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent delivery delays.

  • Local Delivery (Matara & surrounding areas): Fastest delivery service.

  • Island-wide Courier: We use reliable third-party courier services to deliver orders to all other provinces.
